It’s a company located in Russia which works at the international field, creating and building a dialogue between the Russian and foreign businesses, having the same requirements, both in commerce and industry, or creating communications between Russian enterprises and representations of foreign companies. The company is aimed at making services and creating the possibilities of interchange in the field of commerce and industry.

Russia occupies the seventh part of the land of the Earth. Huge stocks of raw materials are concentrated at the territory of Russia. Activity level in the industry and commerce is very high and provides big possibilities for work.

THE PURPOSES:

The main objective is the organization of activity of the Italian businessmen aimed at penetration on the Russian market in the field of commerce, and then the development of activity in the field of production, and thus adjustment of contacts with Russian businessmen, and is also providing all spectrum of commercial/legal/financial services to guarantee adequate professional work up to the finish of work of the enterprise.

SERVICES:

To achieve the purpose of the project, the company-promoter of the project will render to the enterprises the following services:

• High-level relations with banks, financial institutions, ministries, public and private commercial organizations, etc., to carry out adequate penetration on the market and representation of industrial activity of the Italian enterprises;
• Offices, properly equipped and ready for work, both in Moscow (Russian Federation), and in Italy, for logistics and commercial activity;
• The adequate technical/legal/administrative assistance in commercial development;
• The administrative assistance on tax and custom aspects in commercial development;
• Financial assistance (commercial relations with Russian and east European bank organizations);
• Network of agents/representatives and/or informers, for commercial development and for providing information about possible dealings;
• Services of translators and interpreters, simultaneous interpretation (technical and commercial), and translation of commercial contracts and legal documents; and also the possibility of the help of a teacher to those Italian clients who would like to study Russian;
• Services in logistics, reservation of avia - and railway tickets, visas (tourist and business), hotel accommodations, reception organization, transport (car/Pullman) with the driver or without;
• Information service by regular bank channels and channels of the Russian Chamber of Commerce.

Needless to say, that for achievement of the purposes of the project the Italian enterprises should guarantee complete technical, commercial, and financial support.

THE CONCLUSION:

Here we would like to notice, that during the creation of service structure we have tried to create a complete operative system, which is in condition to offer the general complex service of high level, not only from the point of view of the logistics, having structure of working unit, and first of all, from the professional point of view; thus we achieved synergy, both from the Italian and Russian parties, and also at the very significant international level, to create a proper basis for achievement the certain objectives.

All activity will be coordinated and go directly from the office that will guarantee constant and continue presence at operative structures in Italy and Russia.
